"The experience I had thanks to Komplement was full of nuances typical of the tourism industry and that was exactly what I was looking for. I was in the Experience area of the hotel, where I connected with guests by organizing cinema, karaoke and beach clean-up activities. We assign your child a Kopartner, a member of our team, to receive guidance on our programs and define the one that best komplements his/her interests and aspirations. Will give advice about everything necessary to apply and assistance throughout all the travel arrangements. Any questions that you may also have, will be available to answer them.

Once abroad, our commitment continues. The Kopartner stays in touch and will be there to answer questions, provide support, and know about the joys and adventures of your child, and yours as well. We will be together every step of the way.

About the Application Process
Investment and Contract:To determine if your child is eligible to apply to our programs, we talk to him/her about their interests and motivations, free of charge. If their profile fits and would like to continue with the application, we prepare a contract with the terms and conditions, which we can send to you as well. Once accepted and signed, an initial deposit is required to proceed with his/her registration and begin the search for their experience. Once found, the company will conduct an interview and, if everything goes well, and your child likes their proposal, their place is reserve once paying the remaining balance. Our return and refund policies are detailed in the same contract.
