María Teresa Altieri
She is our Ko-founder, Chilean, loves trekking, mountains and has spent years traveling alone through Asia and Latin America and working for a while in Australia. She always tells us entertaining stories of her adventures. Her trips enriched and changed her life. Because of that, she works at providing added value opportunities, bringing together what she has valued the most during her travels: the professional experience and the possibility of exploring new cultures. Mixing all her passions, in 2016, she founded Talentos del Turismo, a recruitment services consultancy for the hotel, tourism, and gastronomy industry. Then Komplement was born with the idea of inspiring people to go further.
María del Pilar Gana
Ko-founder of Komplement; she has a free spirit and traveling nature. This Chilean woman, a lover of yoga, cycling, and trekking, escapes to the world whenever she has the chance. After being a student in Europe and traveling through Asia and Africa, she realized how powerful this experience can be. The idea of sharing it with others began developing. The opportunity to bring it about appeared years later when she crossed paths with María Teresa during a trekking adventure in Chile. They decided to follow their dreams together. The combination of their professional and life experience gave rise to Komplement, born to inspire people to expand their frontiers and take their capabilities to the maximum.
