María Teresa Altieri
She is our Founder, Chilean, loves trekking, mountains and has spent years traveling alone through Asia and Latin America and working for a while in Australia. She always tells us entertaining stories of her adventures. Her trips enriched and changed her life. Because of that, she works at providing added value opportunities, bringing together what she has valued the most during her travels: the professional experience and the possibility of exploring new cultures. Mixing all her passions, in 2016, she founded Talentos del Turismo, a recruitment services consultancy for the hotel, tourism, and gastronomy industry. Then Komplement was born with the idea of inspiring people to go further.
